There is a place in Reading at the UFW on Reading Road across the street from the Library there. I was there in December for a holiday party and saw it there.

Keno is the game with the absolute worse odds.

How stupid that Ohio voted down casinos that give good entertainment and fairly good odds (Blackjack, video poker and a few other games) and stuck us with Kino.

There are a lot of places that have Keno. I don't know where to find a list of places that offer it, but there are quite a few places that offer it.

Just off the top of my head:

Martino's
Mad Frog
Tower View

I'll see if I can find a link.

Keno has a house advantage of about 20% compared to the around 5% of roulette

As long as you have unlimited resources, you can beat the system, they question then becomes, if you have unlimited resources, why am I playing roulette?
