Dear All

I`m joining Cincinnati community College, and i need more information regarding :

1) Girls
2) life style
3) Education
4) Gangs etc...

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
And i`m looking for a very cheap safe, clean, friendly place to rent, btw i found out online the following :

1) In Ezzard Charles dr. near the bridge. that means the first of the street i think in 340 $.

2) In Hawaiian Terrace in 240 $.

Thank you in advance, have a nice day )

"very cheap safe, clean, friendly place"

. . . do not exist in the price range of $240-340 anywhere, much less the center of a city in a 1mmm pop metropolitan area. And, those two addresses are not OK for humans.

I would definitely stay away from Hawaiian Terrace. I used to work for a pizza place and we didn't even go there because it was too dangerous.

I don't know much about Ezzard Charles.

If your going to Cincinnati State, you should look in nearby Northside. It is a reasonably priced neighborhood that has some safe areas. It is one of the most liberal neighborhoods in the city. If you can afford it, gaslight clifton is just up the hill and it is a really safe neighborhood. There are some apartments directly across the street from Cincinnati State on Ludlow that are reasonably priced.

Just curious, where are you coming from?

wilson1010 is right.
If you want a place in that price range I would recommend getting a roommate. Try looking on craigslist.

If you must live by yourself the best you could probably do is a studio in Corryville (fairly safe, but it gets kind of loud in certain areas from partying college kids). Keep in mind Im not looking at prices thats your job, but i was apartment hunting myself not to long ago.

I assume that you are talking about what we call Cincinnati State on Central Parkway. The suggestion of Northside above was a good idea. But, its a fragile place, drug dealing on one block, neighbors with pride in their block in another. And, very affordable and very convenient to Cincinnati State.

Start here:

I agree with the commenters that Hawaiian terrace and Ezzard Charles are not places you would probably not want to live. If indeed you're talking about cincinnati state, you could live around University of Cincinnati and it's a short bike ride over there (uphill on the way back home).

There are a few nightclub areas around town where you could maybe meet girls: Mount Adams neighborhood, Corryville neighborhood by Univ. Cincinnati, Ludlow neighborhood also close to univ. Cincinnati.

Couldn't have said it better myself. It says you live in NJ, but you seem to know more than a lot of local posters.
