Our company has had some dealings with this transportation broker, that has experienced tremendous growth since their inception. Today we find that their phone is disconnected and that their website is down.

Any news would be appreciated. The last article I can find is on their launching a financial services division.

Thanks.

Plenty of 3PL companies are having a difficult time surviving this economic crisis. With decreased manufacturing and consumer spending there is simply not enough freight to go around right now.

Yes, very! Aimee and Neal Sailing embezzled money from the company to pay thier home mortgage and purchase jewelry. The single-handily ruined that company. For the past 2 years they are [supposedly] filing bankruptcy which hasn't ever been filed with the court. The packed up their home claiming the had trucker threats and moved in the middle of the night leaving their employees out of job and unpaid for the last two mnths of work. They stole 15k from an employee that invested in the company...under agreement during "the dissolution" of the company they were suppose to pay back this employee and they never did. They screwed over 100's of trucks and customers. They are in Lousiville, KY right now. Neal stole money from his own family relatives to "build EAH" and open more divisions... Ask his aunt where her 100 grand is... There was an article published in the Business courier stating the bankruptcy was underway but, like I said, nothing has been filed with the courts. Their other business parter is still waiting on 2008 adn 2007 K1's to file taxes... they have failed to file proper taxes with the IRS as well... Neal and Aimee sailing are frauds and anyone who further invests in them will just be taken to the cleaners like everyone else... good luck!

Per Job Vent,

EA Hunter was created by two people who were so into themselves and got caught up in their self glory and living as "successful businesspeople" that they forgot to run their company. Well, pardon me, they did run their company, STRAIGHT INTO THE GROUND. If anyone knows the whereabouts of the President of EA Hunter, please let me know, because not only did they not pay me thousands of dollars commission, but they owe many of the fine carriers throughout the United States about $200,000 in combined money. We know you are out there, probably living off our riches.
