Default Ice Cream Restaurant in the 70's???

Does anyone remember the name of the ice cream restaurant you could go to in Tri-County for your birthday and they sang to you? I believe it was near the old Cassinelli square. I have been trying to think of the name. It is not Chuck e Cheese or Graeters. Please help me. I remember going there with my aunt and friend's family. They gave us big ice creams and sand happy birthday to people. I believe ice cream desserts was all they sold besides candy and novelties. Thanks a TON!!!!

Farrell's? On Kemper? It had kind of a turn-of-the-century decor, right?

I loved that place -- the only place around you could get sarsaparilla. I think I still have one of their plastic mugs.

ETA: I found this: http://www.farrellsusa.com/

Yes, it was definitely Farrell's. For parties, they used to have a huge sundae bowl you could buy for the whole party to share. It had all different kinds of ice cream, and toppings. I went to many, or had my birthday parties there. Good fun & good memories!!
