it take me 2 hours and 38 minutes ( breaking the speed limit a little) to drive from Cincinnati to my house which is 35 minutes from pigeon forge. It really depends on what roads you take. I drive to Cincinnati two weekends a month and it has never taken longer than 3 hours.
