Not sure if the tours are still available. Most of the websites are pretty vague. Regardless, this website has some great photos of the subway.

The city does four tours a year sponsored by various non-profits. The first one this year was the Over the Rhine Foundation. The museum center is next, but I don't know the dates

The museum tour is in May, but it's most likely completely booked up. I signed up for it in January. I do believe they give one every year. Contact the museum center and ask about it. They will send you information in the mail at the beginning of next year (Jan 2010) and then you should call and book the tour as soon as you get the booklet in the mail. Good luck!
