If I absoutely had to live in the city for whatever reason I would go to Northside and nowhere else, if you are looking for something more sedate consider Oakley.

Yea, now that the CPD has that "Taliband" gang of killers that has had Northside terrorized for the last two years, its a lot more safe now. And, they are making progress on the vacant houses occupied by crack addicted homeless. Things are really looking up.
