Default Jewish family in Indian Hill

We are relocating to Cincinnati from Chicago (not a fair trade off, I know) and I am curious if anyone knows whether there are any Jewish families in Indian Hill? We would like to move to Indian Hill for the beauty and award winning schools, but do not want to move to a place where we will be the only Jewish family. Thanks!

There are other areas with large Jewish populations with award winning schools..Just so you know, I am Black, however I went to highschool in Indian Hill, a private school, having said that there are not a lot of Jewish families in Indian Hill...historically most of the Jewish families lived in Roselawn and Amberly Village, which are closer to the core of Cincinnati, however, since Cincinnati Public schools have gone down hill, most of the Jewish families have relocated to Blue Ash and Wyoming. If you are looking for top rated schools, with a lot of Jewish families, check out Wyoming School District and Sycamore School District. They are just as good if not better than Indian Hill. I am currently in Sycamore school district, and we have a large Jewish population,..there are several neighborhoods that feed sycamore school district..Also, since you were looking in Indian Hill, I assume you have quite bit to spend on housing, you can get a MUCH nicer house in either school district, over Indian Hill..check out the ohio website detailing the schools' performance

Amberly is sort of the "Jewish Indian Hill".

There are Jewish people in Indian Hill, I know some personally. In Amberly Village there is a Jewish Center near Cross County, which is only 15-20 minutes from Indian Hill. And unless I am incorrect, Amberly Village is part of Cincinnati School District. Indian Hill is one of the best schools in the Cincinnati area.

You should look in Sycamore area school systems. Next to Amberly Village the largest percentage of Jewish families live with in Sycamore/Blue Ash... the Northeast corridor. Even 2 conservative synagogues now are in the Sycamore area. There are not many Jewish Families living in Indian Hill. There are a lot of nice homes available in these areas as well within a wide price range and sizes. By the way my house is for sale in this area. If you are interested it is located on Marlette Drive and is listed for $339,000 with Leist realtors.

My famly lives in the Indian Hill School District. Not sure if you have already moved or were waiting for the school year to end before relocating. I am not Jewish, but my kids are frequently invited to bat-mitzvahs and bar-mitzvahs. You will find that there is a substantially large jewish population in the Indian Hill school district. If you have not already met some families in the district as of yet, I can contact some of the Jewish families I know to provide you with additional information. As you probably already know, our district is nationally ranked by Newsweek and continues to lead the state as one of the best school districts in OH. Parent involvement is second to none, the curriculum is world class, and I personally believe it's the equivalent of a private education. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

FYI, Students who attend Indian Hill Schools live in Indian Hill (obviously), parts of Kenwood, and parts of Symmes Township.
