Default Where to look?

Ok Ill be getting out of the army in about 6 months and my wife and I will be moving back to the cincinnati area. Im from New Richmond and shes from Felicity. Ill be going back to school at Cincinnati State and shell have just finished her RN and most likly be at a hospital downtown. We would like to live closer to downtown but dont know where to look. We like the newport, bellview and dayton areas but dont know where similer areas are on the ohio side. Our price range is around 90,000 and our big selling pionts are it has to have a yard, off street parking and if posable a one car garage. Can anyone point me toward some areas in ohio where we might be able to find a house. Sorry this was so long. Thanks for any help you can give.

I'd say Norwood as a gut reaction, but maybe Clifton would work, too.

Cincinnati State is on the Clifton side of the Millcreek Valley. The hospitals are mostly in Clifton or the outlying areas. So it sounds like Clifton to me.
