Default looking for specialist (ear nose and throat) and neurologist

I'm looking for a good otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat specialist) to look at my thyroid in the Dayton/Cincinnati area. If anyone has had any very positive experiences, please let me know. Also, any info would be great if anyone knows a good neurologist who specializes in autism and has worked with adults.
Thanks

That would be University Ear Nose & Throat Specialists at UC Medical College. Jack Gluckman is the honcho there, but I don't know if he is the guy for thyroid problems. You know, if you go to an ENT they will start with a surgical approach rather than a medical one. Why don't you start with an endocrinologist? If you need surgey, he will probably send you on to the ENT's. Endocrinology is a subspecialty of Internal Medicine and the best there is can be found at UC's University Internal Medicine Associates, Division of Endocrinology.

Autism? The science is all black magic if you ask me. Wouldn't have a clue what to do.
