Default Little Miami Bike Trail / Home Construction

Does anyone know of any new housing developments or newer subdivisions that are within walking/biking distance of the Little Miami Bike Trail?

Try the Maineville/Morrow area in general, or Milford.

If you're willing to go north a ways, Waynesville is very bike-friendly, along with Spring Valley and Xenia, all of which are along the trail.
