There's a Cincinnati suburb called Bridgetown, not "Bridgestone," but there's no such place as "Ohai" in the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana tri-state region. I think this post belongs in the California forum under "Ojai" (pronounced with "j" as "h.") Yes?

Think nothing of spelling issues, all too many native-born and "well educated" Americans are far from perfect in that discipline! The Internet has only made it worse, lol.
Cincinnati has a suburban section on the far west side of Hamilton County which is called Bridgetown, so that may be where you're referring to. But with all the new "developments" throughout the area there may be one called "Bridgestone" that I'm not aware of. Even if I did still live in the region I pay no attention to ads for the latest subdivisions due to principle and lack of interest.
Perhaps you could find out for certain where it is that you'll be moving, then post another thread, and you'll get more replies. Cincinnati CD'ers are a great bunch o' folks who are eager to lend assistance once they know what direction they're being pointed in.
