Either because the people who signed the petition didnt come out and vote OR the language was confusing to those who didnt do their homework OR once people realized it would affect mass transit they didnt like it.

Issue 2, 7 and I think 52 brought out all of the usual suspects who vote for anything that costs money. Every City union employee, every teacher and every librarian was there to vote. While they were at it, they defeated Issue 9.

I'm glad I don't live in Cincinnati if you know who all voted and how they voted. Where I live it is still a secret ballot.

Watch out for sweeping generalizations. They have the potential to come back and haunt you sometime.
