Well ... ?
I have to admit they are doing better than I thought. But there are still the playoffs - more than 1 chance to blow it.

I also have to admit that since the last strike season I have not given a damn about MLB. Don't even watch them on TV when it is free. Can't get excited about a bunch of overpaid powderpuffs who seem to feel they are entitled. They are worse than golf, which comes in a close 2nd.

I usually get to several games in a season - some of them because we have a weekend free and others because someone gives me tickets. This year we have had the majority of our weekends filled with things to do and free tickets have been hard to come by because people have been wanting to go to the games. When the team is winning more people come.

The first game I had a chance to go to was this past Saturday and I believe the attendance was around 41000-45000?

I'm bummed the Reds will be out of town when I'm in Cincinnati in a few weeks. The spouse wants to see the ball park after oohing and ahhing when he sees it on TV.

Wouldn't mind seeing a good bench-clearing brawl at a golf match.

I swear there are times when baseball ranks up there with hockey in the brawls. Golf could use some of that as well!
