I voted for the Bronx because I read on the NYC forum that it is the only "authentic" borough in the city. Plus I have relatives there.

lol have YOU been there lately is the better question. The bronx is underrated and will end up being the last slice of the real new york thats affordable. So it might be a good thing to have ignorants out their thinking its a cesspool it'll slow the process up. Gentrification will have white people jogging through the south bronx at 3am, don't underestimate it

Yeah. Especially those $5M houses in Riverdale. Complete cesspool.

Having said that I believe Bklyn wins, no other boro experienced a revival like Brooklyn with areas like Park Slope, Downtonw, DUMBO or Willaimsburg becoming new Soho and East Village, hip and trendy.

Of all the outer boros Brooklyn, with its own Donwtown and skyline, unique dialect (Brooklynese) and a rich melting-pot Italian, Jewish, Polish, Russian culture, resembles an actual, independent city. Coney Island, Bensonhurst, Wiliamsburg, Brighton Beach, Greenpoint are some of the most iconic neighborhoods of New York City, immortalized and made globally famous by media.
Brooklyn is the cultural mogul, here is the list of famous Brooklynites:

No disrespect to other boros but Brooklyn is my other favorite boro after Manhattan.
