Tupac was raised in NY, he moved out of NY when he was 12... and then lived in Baltimore until he was 16 and then moved to Marin City, CA. His first stage name in California was MC New York.

I guarantee if he and Biggie were still alive peace would have been made like Dr. Dre did with Eazy-E before he died, and BG Knocc Out and Dresta dissed Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg in just about every song and they made peace, Nas and Jay-Z, DJ Quik and MC Eiht.... from the top of my head. But if they were both still alive, they possibly would have softened like Snoop Dogg and went as low as to do collaborations with Soulja Boy, tarnishing their image. They died legends.

Yes I am a big fan of hip hop, the rhythm is so natural you can not help but feel it.

Baltimore.

Safer.

And very easy access to other cities (NY, Boston, Phila)

Better economy

The City of Oakland's unemployment rate for April 2010 was 17.3%.

I hope to god they wouldnt've done anything stupid like that. I personally think Pac would have went with the more conscious rap, while biggie would take the current jay-z route. Neither bad choices, but that, to me, seems like a polished version of their particular styles.
