Someone from Dallas, which has one of the highest vacancy rates in their downtown area shouldn't be downing Miami for their occupancy issues. Talk about someone in a glass house throwing stones...
Oh yeah, Miami-Dade. I'd rather be scorching by a beach in a bikini where people can ogle and marvel at my beauty than roasting in the middle of a prairie.
There is a big vacancy rate in the office buildings in Downtown, I never denied that. The office buildings in Downtown are very old, buissnesses are choosing to move to never buildings.
You always have to say something bad and I am getting tired of your insults.

Most of those skyscrapers aren't even 30 years old yet. I guess we have different definitions of what is considered "old". I guess they're just going to keep building the northern burbs all the way to the Red River when other places are considered "old," and Plano will be considered the "Ghetto" and everyone starts moving out to Sanger and Van Alstyene because they're the "hot" places to go. Yeah, real smart right there, but I guess that's the Dallas Way.
I'm just expressing my opinion like anyone else. Take it or leave it.

Gables Republic Tower built in 1954 as Republic Tower 1

Dallas is better for a day to day life. Dallas has a better and more diversified economy, housing is way cheaper, crime is waaay lower in Dallas County, and Dallas County has a better job market. Dallas County also has a better airport. I voted for Miami-Dade County because I thought it would be losing. My mistake. But I guess Miami-Dade is more entertaining.
