A list of cities from other Regions that are not the most important in their regions. Question is if these were in the South would they be the Dominant city Culturally and financially?

Vote for each on the basis of yes or no and you can make multiple choices

I don't think no city outside of NYC, LA, DC, CHI and maybe the Bay area could move down south and dominate. I'm on the fence with SF.

I think these are all pretty close to the big 3 or 4 of the South so thought it would be interesting

Actually to be honest, most of these cities aren't even culturally fit for the south. Picking which one would fit in most is a suicide task, because they'll all stand out like more than a sore thumb but more like a broken off thumb.

But actually Washington DC, would be most fit for it, since it has somewhat of a North/South past.

The South does not have nothing going on for themselves per say, except maybe for Dallas and Miami. The South would benefit tremendously from the cities from the West and North.
