Which accent is more annoying: Chicago or New York? (people, quality, accents)

It's a close one, but I'm gonna have to go with NY. Chicago accents are almost as annoying though.

I'm being biased because my whole family has New York accents including me but it's not as heavy as say my grandparent's. Sorry, Chicago you are a great city, but I can't stand the nasal accent sometimes.

To me Chicago accent has a really annoying quality only matched by the legendary Canadian accent, I personally think the New York accent is great for men but woman it makes them sound pretty intense.

A lot of Chicagoans I've come across sound Southern.

Sorry it may be the small NY bias in me but sorry Chicago, yours is worse by default. I don't even have the typical NY accent on top of that lol.

I'll go with NY on this one. I havent met a girl from NY with a sexy voice. That sh*t is like nails on a chalk board.

Chicago accent is pretty bad, Canadians are even worse. Woman from New York are afflicted with that shrill voice as well.

Chicagoans don't have accents. I've been all over the place and met a ton of people who sound just like I do.

New York is worse, just by default.

^ You are just used to the Chicago Accent because you live there, to somebody not from the Midwest you can DEFINITELY tell.
