The center of PA is the middle of nowhere, mountains and very few people

The eastern part of PA, yes, Central PA not so much

most of central, northeastern, western and northern is pretty sparse just like most of upstate NY.

State College is very unique

For a town that is so far away from a major city----It really is very "classy"

there is a reason they call it "Happy Valley"
