LOL, this is no secret. But we'll let them do what they always do, somehow rationalize how their metro is supposed to be more polished and pristine looking overall. A joke! Keep your density, none of that matters in this thread.

Really? I guess I am confused by what upscale is, more modern? You are are right Atlanta looks newer...

So honestly I am really unsure how to make this comparison

But areas like Rittenhouse, Society Hill, Chestnut Hill, Gladwyne, Bryn Mawr, Wayne, Chester Brook, Blue Bell, Haddonfield, Moorestown, Newtown, Doylestown, New Hope, Buckingham, Devon, Wayne, Armore, Radnor, Chalfont - not to mention they cost more to live in, offer better amenities, better education, more historic and artistic offering and have more boutique non-chain offerings, so these are not on par? Really?

I mean really what is so special about an area like Alpharetta (it is fine, but there are many many equivalent middle to upper class neighborhoods in Philly) Have you ever been and explored, a real question

I am mostly describing areas that are not very dense - seriously have you been to the main line of Philadelphia, Haddonfield, Moorestown (Forbes town of year), Blue Bell, Doylestown etc etc.

Okay, so what is an upscale metro exactly? Cleaner? That's about all I could come up with.
