The bayous will make the flood plain unnecessary. We can always just put flood walls on top the levees if that don't work though.

Put it? what do you think we do with outs. Boy you concrete that stuff up and build some nice strip malls.

All we need the trinity for is to dump our effluent from our factories. so we will make nice channels and use them for that.

Dallas doesn't need bayous, we will just keep the 61.38 ft levees.

Dallas flooded 3 times in a row: 1989, 1990, and 1991.

South Dallas flooded really bad because they built the neighborhood on the flood plain.

1908 crest 53 feet.
1989 crest 43.3 feet
1990 crest 47.10 feet
1991 crest 44.44 feet

those things sound like a normal summer shower in Houston. Y'all are overly cautious
