Which is a shame, because I really like Florida. But everybody has their own opinion.

Crack cocaine got started & exploded in south central LA back in the 80” s
Why do you think it's bloods and crips all around america and the world, some of em is copy cats but most of em was being turnt out and supplied cocaine from L.A gangsters
Freeway rick ross is the black scarface fool made over 2 million a day in his prime
Than to top it off freeway rick was supplying rayful edmond from d.c who was supplying alpo from harlem
So L.A was responsible for supplying crack cocaine around america all the way to nyc
I say florida is number 3 because people forget texas is a border state behind california
But far as cities go it's L.A and miami because they both got the biggest ports in america and both got connects to the spanish drug world

I will say both but I think in California it has had the biggest economic boost for gangs. Gangs in California used to be just a bunch of like ethnicities or like minded people banding together for mutual support. Drugs turned them violent the way we see them today. The economy of the drug trade has increased gang violence all over California, most notably: Los Angeles, the Washington D.C of the gang world lol

Miami is not the entire of Florida whereas marijuana is popular from San Diego to Weed, California

Actually, I can't answer this question. I grew up in California but lived a part of my adult life in Miami.

The first time I did weed was at my gf's house with her and her uncle (he provided) when I was in middle school. And that was common. Some started in elementary school.

Highschool was full of just about anything harder and teachers sometimes bought from students (saw it first hand).

In MIA, I was older and more or less removed from that. Though I sold some party drugs (e pills, coke) to get by from time to time. Most of the customers were rich, 20-something professionals I met in clubs. Actually, when I first arrived in MIA I was carrying several vitamin containers of e (through airport security too) as it was crazy at the time (to give me a foundation to get an apartment).

Haven't seen or thought about drugs in 10+ years since I had my kids.

PS:

MIA and cocaine is just as much a stereotype as California and weed.
