The lowest temp we had in Dallas this winter was 13 degrees.
13 is cold and anyone who says otherwise is crazy - I honestly don't know how folks deal with -30. When I see the "-" sign come out I try and just go back to bed
i voted for atlanta, but dallas will suffice as well.
on average, houston's winters are too mild for me. it would be nice if the summers were mild as well, but they're blazing hot and humid. there's no balance in houston's weather.
atlanta, on the other hand, has shorter and milder summers; and they're winters are also mostly mild. but you also have more of a chance for cold days and snow, which i love.

Most people here in NY right now are so tired of the summer weather. I can't tell you how many people I hear while I'm out talking about wanting snow and looking forward to the winter. Many people in NY love the snow.
