Haha I am not wrong, and they are not equal.

* Prove me wrong =)

Atlanta is closest to Houston in terms of the shopping scene although Houston offers more of a high end store selection. Atlanta does have more shopping centers throughout the metro though. Atlanta and Houston however are not at the same level as Miami or Dallas.

IMO Miami has the best malls/shopping just in the city limits. Don't even get me started on the metro area.

1. The largest Mills mall is Sawgrass Mills at 2.3 million square feet.
2. Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza are larger than the Houston Galleria if combined. Also, The Galleria is more of a huge regular mall (even though it has luxury stores.) They also have Bloomingdale's, and Houston or Dallas do not. The Galleria has two full line Macy's stores. IMO that is not very smart. The one at Lenox Square is 433,000 square feet while the larger on at the Galleria is about 250,000. The Neiman Marcus is only under 20,000 square feet larger in Houston. It's probably only because it's Texas. If Houston was not located in Texas, the Neiman Marcus probably wouldn't be as large as Atlanta's. Atlanta has three Nordstrom stores, and Houston only has one. The one at Perimeter is as large as the one at Houston Galleria.

3. NorthPark is nice, and I like how they kept their original look, but it's way too outdated. I know there's people out there that love it, but I'm more of a modern person who likes newer looking malls rather than older malls like NorthPark.
4. LOL you are insane if you think that Memorial City is comparable to Perimeter. I see nothing like Michael Kors, Nordstrom, and Stuart Weitzman at Memorial City.

Aventura (Miami) is the most shopped mall I have ever been in the U.S. No matter when I go, it's as crowded as if it were Christmas time. Bal Harbour is ultra-luxury stores. Frankly, I have only shopped at the Saks there. It's the cheapest store going. Sawgrass Mills is one enormous outlet mall as is Dolphin Mall in Miami.

Miami All Day as having the best malls. Dallas Atlanta And Houston. I like Houston Galleria and Bal harbour out of all of them. Lenox and phipps if combined would be great as they have my Fav stores like Metropark, Bloomies, and Miss Sixity Energie.. I dont really care for Niemans I like Saks Men section a whole lot better than Niemans. Perimeter is turning into Another Lenox offering same stores how silly. Dallas its like me being back home in Miami. Nothing Unique stands out same stores.. Miami probably has the most to offer.. They all have good malls so I would say all of them have the best malls in the South..
