Talking about good in Philly - the only GOOD YOU'VE TALKED ABOUT ARE PLACES THAT ARE NOT GHETTO'S and CAMDEN (THAT'S NOT PHILLY LAST I CHECKED) and Tried to Downplay my Vaild Arguements as Haterism....

The next time someone rags P'burgh you won't have a leg to stand on...
So if you're from Detroit, Baltimore, Cleveland, NO, Philly, Oakland or any other city that happens to get bashed more than uplifted please list, name popular events, post pictures and/or videos of the positive things going on in your city. This thread is really not for the idiots who will come in here to say "positive, please there is no positive side to (insert city here)" or people who have never set foot in these cities to know so please do not comment if you have nothing good to say.
I grew up in a poor italian neighborhood in Philadelphia. It was ghetto for sure. There was graffiti, fights 24/7, even murders at times, but as I grew to know something that I'm sure a lot of people on this forum don't know is that ghettos or hoods tend to be the only place in the city that has people that care for you. It take a village. <<< That saying is so true when it comes to ghettos. My next door neighbor would let me put some of my extra food in her fridge when mine was full for a couple nights. During Christmas was the best, the neighborhood would all get together and get gifts for one another. I would hang at my friends house up the street and they'd give me a present and I'd barely even know his parents. It was a symbol of friendship. So not all ghettos are bad.
