Definitely San Antonio=Spanish. Strange thing is that I was at the mall a couple of days ago and didn't hear one person speak Spanish (I usually do). Instead I heard some Asian language.

Spanish is the 2nd largest spoken language in Chicagoland, Southland (Los Angeles), Greater Houston, DFW Metroplex, Miami, San Antonio, & Austin. Among other places too- lol I just don't want to list them all.
I would be surprised that any large US metro would have an answer other than spanish
