TX- Austin
CA- La, San francisco, or San diego

In those areas which state has the cheapest auto insurance and which has the highest?

I can't speak to the other places, but my car insurance is about $2k per year .. good driving record, 2 vehicles insured, 100k/300k/100k, $500 deductible, $250 comp. Multi car and home insurance discount - thru AAA.
