Okay we all know Dallas has more corporate HQ and more job opportunities, so forget about both city's economies. What metro would you prefer to live in considering weather, culture, events, etc. Keep crime in mind, too. If money were no object where would you prefer. Please keep the bashing to a minimum as both cities are greatly hated by many here on CD.
If money were no object and I had to choose between these two cities, I'd definitely own a mansion right next door to Tiger Woods in Windermere, Orlando, Florida!
If I'm guaranteed a job, I'd choose Orlando every time.
I prefer the scenery, the weather, and the diversity. Plus, Miami is 3 hours down the turnpike.
Orlando. My mom's side of the family lives there. And it is closer to the Caribbean, so quicker trips for me
Oh really my grandmothers side of the family lives im Tavares FL but anyway I choose Dallas. Orlando is a cool place to visit but not live. Out of all the places I have visited in my 21 years on this earth Orlando was my favorite. They have some great hotels.

You paying for my ticket? I am a poo college student.
The farthest west I have been is midland/odessa. The farthest south I have been is the Flordia Keys. The farthest north I have been is St. Lous. I plan to visit NYC and the rest of the northeast when I graduate next year.
If it's not flat and hot I'm not going unless I'm dragged. The only things I dislike about Orlando are the traffic, the tolls, and how spread out it is for it's overall size.
Orlando! And it's not just because I was born there, it's because there's alot more to do and it's more green than Dallas. I can't stand yellow-grass, hot and humid, Dallas. And don't get me started on the metro area. Fort Worth? Pfft. More like Fort Ghetto. I've never seen an uglier metro.
