I don't get it; so is the GDP for the city or urban area?

Either way,Greater Houston(MSA) is already over $400 Bln., and it has a more than healthy growth rate, and it grew by more than $50 Bln. over a period of 3 years, so yeah, I don't really get how in 2020 it will $339 Bln.

lol, it would be silly to have a GDP for urban area, it would eliminate very profitable industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, shipping. It would simply favor NE cities, with industries in finance, research, medicine, education insurance, etc
