Default who will cross the two million mark first san diego or dallas

I kid you not, I have never even imaged what the two will look like passed the 2 million mark. Anyways if it were to happen then it would be Dallas, it grows faster than San Diego in general.

I think both cities will peak where Phoenix is right now

Dallas will be more like Philly- benefitting from being surrounded by large metro but with people preferring to live outside the metro than within it itself.

If the growth in FW and Austin continues Dallas might drop from biggest in Texas to the 5th largest City in Texas in 30 years
