It was originally a Foley's but Macy's bought them out in 2005. The building is pretty old though. Look at the Neiman-Marcus in Dallas it has some horrible additions.

We have a Ross downtown, but I don't count that. There is a movie theater, Ross, Barnes N Nobles, Whole Foods, some mixed use centers, and some higher end retailers mixed with local boutiques and what not.

Yeah, its ugly.

Neiman-Marcus in Dallas is kinda ugly because the additions do not match the original store.

Macy's is right across the street from Miami Beach city hall in the very heart of the city. Lincoln Road, arguably the social, dining and retail heartbeat of Miami Beach is one block away.
