Which cities do you see the most dressy black women? Dressy meaning skirts, dresses, heels, boots, hosiery...etc. I looking for cities with population 500,000 or more. What city do you see the most of this in the neighborhoods not just the downtown area or central business district?

Dallas has NO business being on this list. Now if you said white girls who slather on their makeup and dress up just to go to the grocery store, I'd agree.
