Um. Well if it makes you feel better. I am an Indian dude who dated plenty of Latinas in high school and college. Born and raised in California. We are all brown so it really doesn't matter, lol. I prefer dating Indian females but latinas were a good choice for me as well. Buddy of mine is an Indian dude and he is marrying a Latina this year. Also in California.

that is the issue, people down south keep telling me that Latinas do not like Indian guys, then I finally dated my girlfriend and I have received so much hostility for it......

ugh, anyways I made my decision, going out west in 2011!

As has been stated, don't overthink this. If you live in one of the top 10-15 largest metros, you should be fine as there is enough diversity. Live in a diverse place and live your life however you want to and don't generalize nor overthink things and don't expect a given place to make you happy, you have to do that yourself.

But also note, no matter where you go, there is always the possibility of hearing something racial. No one and no place can ever guarantee that you won't hear something.

the biggest ones LA, Chicago, NYC - i've personally seen it maybe 3 times in the greater NYC area

Now people keep asking, "why not Indian women, they are so beautiful?".

Believe me, I love Indian women and the way they look and everything but I swear in my experience with my mom she has been WAAAAYYYYY TOO OVERLY PROTECTIVE. Like waterboy mom type protective and I hate that because it is so common among Indian women, that trait. I have Hispanic friends who have been allowed to play football and soccer, my mom barely let me do that and she made me go to a school that did not have football. Crashing my hopes of ever making it to the NFL. I mean, I would not want my kids to go through the trash I went through as a teenager, my mom made my life such a living pain the a$$ and it took years for her to face reality, that I won't be 40 year old living with her!!!!!

I mean she expects me to live with her forever and be her lap dog and this whole trait in my vast experiences with Indian women have been so common among Indian women. Just that bad experience has really turned me away from Indian girls in a way, they are beautiful, just as and every bit as beautiful as Latinas but just, I can't start a family where mama is gonna catch a fit over her kids wanting to have a social life.
