I know, it's quite impressive that DC is so obviously more self-obsessed than even Boston. I've never been to a place that was as unbelievably self-serving as Washington DC. Makes Bostonians all look like the Good Samaritan.

That's right; it's Boston at 53% ethnic/non-white and climbing.
That number was given by City Counsilor Tito Jackson today at the 7 hour meeting to decide the fate of Winthrop Square going somewhere between 735~775'.
