I don't know where you can see a lot of black women with white men but I do know that Minneapolis has a lot of white women with black men couples.

Not only have I seen it in Seattle, but there's even a few comments I've gotten from black girls about how cute the white guys are here and they actively go after them.

Actually see it a lot in cities where there is a large military presence.Augusta,Georgia and Columbus,Georgia come to mind recently.

Philadelphia and NYC. In the integrated areas of these cities, seeing Black women with White men is super common. Especially Center City Philadelphia. However, it is no secret that many parts of Philly and NYC are extremely segregated, so you aren't going to see that everywhere in those cities.

Wherever you can find a high concentration of Black female professionals that's where you will find a lot of Black Female/ White Male relationships.
