Best state flag (beautiful, people, states, south)

I really like MD,CT and NY.I can't believe CT and NY barely got any votes.I personally think flags with mottos in latin are really cool.And Hawaii is just hillarious

I've always thought that something about the Colorado flag does a great job of reflecting the lifestyle of the state. It would have to be my favorite.

Oddly I am not sure I even know what the PA state flag looks like, at I couldn't describe it though would likely be able to recognize it

It's pretty distinct, though. Say what you will about Mississippi's flag, but it comes up for a vote every few years and it's always met with support.
