That's why this thread never ends!

From chicagos being too country, Chicago not as old, Chicago has no one to compete with in the MW, Chicago copying east coast style, Chicago this, Chicago that

We gotta respond to you guys

Don't whine when we respond!

If you guys stop bringing stuff up, we'll stop replying and this thread will finally die.

No one can even understand what he's saying. I went on a date with a girl who knew all of Twista's verses from Overnight Celebrity. Needless to say, that was our first and only date.

I've never even been to the Philadelphia suburbs with the exception of visits to KOP and Franklin Mills, so I could really care less.

This is what makes me proud of the 215. Not GDP numbers. Holla back Chi-Town. No one on the corner's got swagga like us!!!!

Let me see "hip hop" started in NYC and "house" started in Chicago and Philly was "influenced". Motown Detroit got the "soul" and "funk" and again Philly got "influenced". New Orleans got the "Jazz" and Memphis got the "Blues" again Philly got "influenced". What music genre originated out of Philly? Cheese Steak...mmm..mmm good.

As far as r&b Chicago could go toe to toe with Philly. Easily.

What are you talking about? No one city founded soul music, but if we wanted to identify a place, go no further than Augusta, Georgia and the Godfather, James Brown. C'mon, man! As much as I love Curt, Smokey, Stevie, and all of my Philly cats, please don't tell me that any of them were more instrumental than JB!

Twista was better off when you could actually understand what he was saying. He's not seeing the Broad Street Bully, though.
