I once lived near the Anheiser Busch brewery in Columbus, Ohio. On a good day when the wind was just right the smell from there was just like fresh baking bread. It was especially nice on a cool fall day.

If you've ever driven through Staten Island with your windows open, you'd NEVER say anywhere else.

New Orleans as a city doesn't smell at all. Bourbon Street, at it's worst, can be pretty terrible, but when things are really jumping and you can smell food cooking, it can actually be kind of nice.

For some reason, when ever I drive by the exit for Geneva NY on I-90, it smells like crackerjacks.

I haven't smelled it in a long time. Well, even if it does smell a little bit, it's nothing like it used to be. Anyway, it's just an immediate area near the highway; no one lives close by.
