Los Angeles or Chicago. I feel like I've seen that design concept in real life many times.

It straight up looks like a Sunbelt design.

It's not Texas and it's not Florida. I know what every tall building in Texas looks like, and Florida buildings have a different design. It's not Chicago or Los Angeles according to you.

How about Atlanta or Charlotte? Raleigh has nothing in this height, and its restricted to only Sunbelt leaving only Atlanta or Charlotte.
