Just some ideas for chicago

For Florida there could be a Tampa/St.Petersburg/Orlando
That would be the best thing to happen to Benton Harbor in a very long time.

Screw two cities to make a new one. Here's a true and real one that exists in real life.

Atlanta Metropolitan Area + Miami Metropolitan Area + New Orleans Metropolitan Area = Houston Metropolitan Area

I'll explain later or whatever. But that's how it goes.

I'd like to see Chicago and LA together, basically just to have the mountainous backdrop, the amazing skyscrapers and good transit of Chicago and lake Michigan all combined. (But I could do without the automobile traffic.)

Realistically, Chicago and Milwaukee. The two cities are pretty close to one another as it is. Afterwards, get rid of Gary from the Chiwaukee CSA. Maybe even throw in some Minneapolis for good measure. O_o
