Which city has they better weather out of the entire year? Right now on November 12 2010..currently 70* n Houston and 55* in Atl

Houston for me, I love Heat.

I've discovered that Atlanta actually isn't really that much warmer than NYC-DC (similar Summer but 10 degrees warmer in Winter). It's an improvement but not as much as I originally thought.

Today's high in Atlanta is 72 degrees, not 55. That is fairly typical for this time of year.
I don't think you're going to get a definitive answer here, as it's clear that 'better' means very different things to each poster. Me, I prefer Atlanta's weather year-round. Summers are less hot and humid than in Houston, Fall and Spring are fabulous, and winters are short (January, February and part of March).

Then you should have said so. That is the temp in Atlanta as of 9:00.
