South side, although the north side is not that great as well. The only decent side is the west side and the east side is most industrial.

In Norfolk:
Park Place between Monticello and 38th St.. (although gentrification is occuring) Homicides, robberies, rapes, drugs, the whole nine yards. After that, Ocean View Ave.

In Newport News:
The whole east end along I-664. Neigborhood where Allen Iverson, Michael and Marcus Vick grew up. Like 20 homicides this year in that one neighborhood.

Default Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

I live in Pittsburgh and the whole entire East Pittsburgh an its 500,000 residents dat live in dat area iz horrible. Im from McKeesport and its right outside of East Pittsburgh and tha poverty iz very high hea and thea are way to many gangs and crackheads and what not runnin around hea. It's worse now than its eva been before and I wana commend are new mayor for really tryna clean up d tha city and restore it to tha old peaceful city it used to be (so I hear).

Barnett St. projects, Harrisburg, Illinois. It used to be the Wilmoth Addition on the north end of town before they bypassed IL13. And then Mcirath St. (McCrackirath Street) which was also cleaned up when they bypassed 13

Wilmington DE is really bad. There are only a couple places in the center around the theater and some of the banks that are ok. The rest is a hell hole. Lots of crime.

Okay I'm going to settle this Chicago thing right now. Overall west side compared to south, west side is worse only because there are almost literally no "nice parts". South side has Hyde park and a few other nice pockets, but then you have the englewood and roseland areas that are extremely bad places to be. And another thing, solider field is just south of downtown so it's not that bad, but were the sox play is surrounded by more bad areas, just how midway airport is. And the catch is even if your in a nice part of Chicago on the south side you could drive literally 3-5 blocks and be in gangland.

So overall the west side of Chicago is the worse, but the south side although with some nice parts, has areas that are just as bad or worse then the west side.
