Eh, I think we just need to chill out with the Chicago & New York City comparisons. The original poster I have noticed he has issues with New York City, and I have noticed he always makes comparisons between New York City & other cities.
New York City shouldn't be up for comparison to any other city, that's just the fact of the matter. The San Francisco/Chicago comparisons to it really need to stop.
And I think the only city coming close to New York City is Washington DC, but even that is a stretch.

Yeah in terms of importance its the only one that can somewhat rival New York City.
I think they're similar yet drastically different. Which is a good thing.
They've both got great Subway systems, probably the best in the country, number one and number two. And both have some of the most affluent suburbs in the country. And a bunch of other things.
Here comes dementor jr blurting out the same crap over and over about chicago
Yes, and "Dementor Junior" (whoever the hell that is) even has the U.S. Census bureau, the Bureau of Labor and Statistics, and the entire U.S. Real Estate Market in on the anti-Chicago conspiracy!
You're getting worse and worse with your random "facts".
Chicago is nowhere near either of those things.
Argue with the Case Shiller Real Estate Index and the U.S. Government, not me.
There is no disputing that in 2010, Chicago has the worst real estate market and the worst job market. The facts show that Chicago is, by far, the worst in both categories.
But you will come back and say I am Demantor Junior or the government stats are lies, or home sales prices are not a good indicator of real estate values, or other such nonsense.

Actually no, I said it one time; in this thread.
The Case Shiller Index 3Q numbers just came out a few days ago, so it's fairly obvious you have no argument and are just making stuff up.
Are you claiming I have a time machine, and knew the Case Shiller numbers before they were released?
