If you want a job, go to North Dakota.

Look at the this year to last year #'s. I would say these states aren't doing too well... Either they already had high unemployment and not getting better, or took a significant rise.

CALIFORNIA 12.30% 12.40% 0.1 COLORADO 7.40% 8.60% 1.2 FLORIDA 11.60% 12.00% 0.4 GEORGIA 10.20% 10.10% -0.1 KENTUCKY 10.70% 10.20% -0.5 LOUISIANA 7.30% 8.20% 0.9 MICHIGAN 14.40% 12.40% -2 MISSISSIPPI 10.40% 9.90% -0.5 NEVADA 12.90% 14.30% 1.4 OREGON 10.70% 10.60% -0.1

I would still be especially careful about CA/FL/MI/NV and also possibly Oregon as a place to move to.

Your best choices would be : Omaha (nebraska), Oklahoma City, Austin (Texas), Houston (Texas), Sioux Falls (South Dakota) and Fargo (North Dakota).
Удачи!
