PNC Park all the way. Many ballparks have a cityscape view, but none frame it so perfectly as PNC park does. Comerica Park comes close though.
Not all ballparks CAN situation themselves for the "perfect" view. Target Field, for example, is "smashed" into a tiny block that is bounded by freeways, parking garages and a garbage incinerator. No other site made more sense and logistically it's perfect. The only way to situation the field so that the sun is not in the players eyes is to face Northeast from home plate (as the sun generally rises and falls in the Southern hemisphere). This is why you mostly see the northern half of downtown Minneapolis. In the future there will likely be apartments, condominiums and offices in the background of Target Field, as the stadium is located in an area that is expected to see a ton of redevelopment.
