Bos-Wash principle cities: Boston, NYC, Philly, Baltimore, and DC
Triple-C of the Carolinas: Charlotte, Columbia, and Charleston

Which megalopolis do you prefer? Where would you rather live and why?

I live in Charlotte.

The only "battle" Charlotte could win would be the battle for the most vulgar, distasteful city on Earth.

C'mon...wouldn't a better "battle" be between Bos-Wash and maybe Chi-Pitts...? I mean the "Triple-C megalopolis" is awfully small by comparison (and I didn't even know that such a thing existed).

Charlotte might be comparable to Paramus, NJ, or Tysons Corner, VA.

And the region between Columbia and Charleston is pretty much empty. There's really nothing between these two cities.

Triple C megalopolis? Is this a real concept?

To be fair, I'll say that Charleston is a great looking town and a good place to get some great shrimp and grits. But it's like comparing apples and bowling balls...

NO, it's not real I don't know why people are just making things up! Their’s NO such thing as the triple A, triple C, or Atlantannoga megalopolis

The only megalopolis concept that's to grow is the Piedmont corridor some times call Charlanta/Piedmont Atlantic

Only Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, Greenville, Atlanta, Birmingham in line/corridor not a triangle.

Maybe in Ohio, but even that's a stretch.

I agree with your opinion on Charleston. Lovely place to spend a weekend, but an anchor of a "megalopolis?" Eh.. I don't see it.
