This second battle of the transist systems presents a new set of cities and criteria. Of the following three areas, Minneapolis-St. Paul (Metro Transit), Greater Cleveland (RTA), and Greater St. Louis (Metro, which metropolitan public tranportation system has the best access (proximity) to stores, offices, restaurants, housing, etc., availability, and highest percentage of ridership?
Cleveland has the distinction of having one of thee BEST transit systems in the U.S.
It's latest marvel is the "Euclid Ave Corridor" project - it alone has spawned over $4.3 BILLION
in new city development!
Also:
1) train system connects into the Airport
2) there are FREE "trolleys" rotators Downtown loops http://www.riderta.com/ro_downtown.asp
3) AMTRAK comes through connected from Chicago and New York/DC.
Does that answer your question? I'm not even sure what you're asking...
