Huh?

Besides train and bus, Cleveland also has one of the few examples in the USA of a Bus Rapid Transit line, known as the "Healthline:"

Cleveland BRT - YouTube

Also:
1) train system connects into the Airport
2) there are FREE "trolleys" rotators Downtown loops http://www.riderta.com/ro_downtown.asp
3) AMTRAK comes through connected from Chicago and New York/DC.

Does that answer your question? I'm not even sure what you're asking...

Not that we can count it in the numbers, but the busy BRT line of the Healthline in Cleveland is now getting over 4 million annual riders nowadays http://blog.cleveland.com/metro/2011...lthy_clim.html

It connects Downtown to University Circle, Cleveland's two largest employment centers.
