I would like to say New York, but I choose Chicago.

Chicago really doesn't even HAVE any projects left except for some small low rise developments around the city. Almost everything has been torn down.

Over 200,000 people lived in the projects back in 1990. Today the numbers are around 25,000. It's a huge reason the population of the city was reduced by 200,000 in that timeframe...almost all african americans on the south/west sides.

when they were standing the projects were the worst in the country....the Atlanta Housing Authority has historically owned the reputation for one of if not the worst in America.

Is Turkwood the Robert Pitts projects that are on Eddy/Turk and go from Divis to Pierce?

KOP is centered at Eddy and Steiner, I believe.
