Default Savannah, GA Vs Charleston, SC

Which do you prefer?
I haven't checked out Savannah (yet), but I saw the charm Charleston had to offer and was very pleased. These two cities are always mentioned when referring to "Southern charm"- So I'm assuming this is a logical enough comparison.
These are the kind of cities I'm especially interested in when it comes to the south.

Tough call -- both are so amazing. Charleston feels more "city", which I like, but since it's not city enough, I think I'd go with Savannah. I've never lived in either, only visited, but have envisioned living in both. I think I could happily live in Savannah, at least for awhile. For now, though, I simply enjoy visiting. They are two spectacular American cities. I sometimes debate with myself which one I like better, but it almost always ultimately tips to Savannah. Charleston seems more uptight.

Both are dripping with southern flair, but I'm going with Savannah.

You should start planning a trip to Svannah for St Patricks day it is going to be crazier than Charleston I will tell you that much.
